Shop Orders, Shipping & Refunds

All merchandise is printed to order by our fulfilment partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or late delivery.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the listing, email info@4themusic.club within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order reference and we'll arrange a reprint at no cost to you.

Shipping costs are passed through from our fulfilment partner. Delivery estimates (UK 1–5 days, EU 6–21 days, international 2–21 days) exclude the 3–5 working-day production lead time. Tracking details are emailed when your parcel ships.

Customers outside the UK may be liable for import duty or VAT charged by their local customs authority — these charges are not included in the price at checkout.

Notices & Jurisdiction

Notices are deemed served 12 hours after email transmission. Terms are governed by English and Welsh law.
